For a second time, we are inviting you for an open and live Group Facilitation tutorial in Vilnius. During this 2.5-hour interactive tutorial on Deep Democracy Facilitation we’ll explore key principles, practical interventions, and reflective insights to enhance your ability to work with group dynamics.
Deep Democracy facilitation is a powerful approach to working with teams and groups, helping to navigate tensions, resistance, and diverse perspectives while fostering inclusion and engagement.
In this tutorial, we will:
==>> Introduce the core principles of Deep Democracy and how they apply to group dynamics
==>> Practice interventions for surfacing all voices, working with conflict, and supporting deep dialogue
==>> Explore the role of the facilitator in tapping into group intelligence and creating space also for marginalized voices
==>> Reflect on real-life facilitation challenges and how to apply
Deep Democracy in different settings
This session is meant for facilitators, leaders, coaches, trainers, and anyone working with groups who want to develop more awareness, flexibility, and skill in guiding complex group processes. Whether you’re new to Deep Democracy or looking to refine your facilitation approach, this tutorial will provide valuable learning in a supportive setting.
TRAINERS:
ZBIGNIEW MILUNSKI, co-founder of Process Work Institute Lithuania, a psychotherapist, supervisor, and teacher of Process Oriented Psychology (POP). He is a board member of the Polish Institute of Processwork Foundation, a member of the Polish Association of Process-Oriented Psychotherapists and Practitioners, and the International Association of Process-Oriented Psychology. Zbigniew has 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations. In 2015, he presented his workshops for men at the TEDx conference in Warsaw. From 2017 to 2019, he led an ongoing men’s group in Lithuania. Since 2019, he has been conducting ongoing POP trainings and open seminars in Lithuania.
ANNA GABRYJELSKA-BASIUK is a certified Process-Oriented practitioner, teacher, and supervisor of this method, specializing in psychotherapy, leadership coaching, conflict facilitation, and organizational change. She is a board member of the Polish Institute of Processwork Foundation, a member of the Polish Association of Process-Oriented Psychotherapists and Practitioners, and the International Association of Process-Oriented Psychology. Currently, she is a member of the Deep Democracy Alliance and was formerly a faculty member of the Deep Democracy Institute.
