Group Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath - El Cajon

Whether your goal is to have a stronger connection for prayer, deepen your meditative state, or to relax the body and mind, this Singing Bowl Group Sound Bath might be the perfect fit for you! Join Sound Bath Facilitator Peggy Mundell, CMT for an hour of restorative sound.
Doors will open at 5:40pm and will lock promptly at 6:00pm. Bring a yoga mat or small air mattress or even a zero-gravity chair - something you will be comfortable laying on for the session. A pillow for your neck and/or behind your knees, and a light blanket if you'd like. NOTE: this particular venue has some security lights that don't turn all the way off, so you might also want a hand towel or eye pillow to help darken the room and deepen your experience. This event is free, however a suggested donation of $25 is accepted on site, should you be moved to donate (cash/Venmo/Zelle accepted).
