About this Event
Group coaching is a really effective way of normalising some of the often hidden, unconscious or limiting barriers and beliefs that we all have, but are not always aware of, when running a business.
Please arrive promptly at 10.15am so that the session can begin on time, ensuring each attendee will have dedicated time.
Due to the sensitive nature of coaching, late arrivals won’t be able to join.
The benefit of group coaching is that everyone attending the group session gets to witness coaching in real time, even if they are not the one directly getting coaching in that moment. The insight gained from witnessing and learning from others' challenges and experiences as well as your own can be really powerful and often the biggest learning comes from watching someone else share a challenge that applies to you, but you just didn’t know it!
Everyone in the room gets the benefit of a safe and trusted space where members can openly share the business issues that they are experiencing in their role and their business at that time.
Issues can include:
- Struggling to delegate appropriately whist still retaining control
- Challenges in managing time effectively which creates stress
- Experiencing burnout or Imposter Syndrome
- Managing new colleagues or contractors
- Growing your business and needing support to do this in a way which is in line with you and your business values
Whilst the aim is for everyone to have the opportunity to raise a topic, it is unethical to stop a line of coaching mid-flow, so some participants may be coached for longer. It is encouraged to go first if you have something you really want to explore because if you wait until the end, there may not be enough time.
