Group Coaching: Accountability Club
About this Event
What is Accountability Club?
This exclusive accountability club is designed for entrepreneurs who have completed our 12 week Sales Accelerator or Funding Accelerator series and are ready to take their sales or funding growth to the next level.
Meeting every two weeks in a dynamic group coaching format, the club provides a supportive environment where members hold each other accountable, share progress, and celebrate wins.
Format and Benefits:
- Structured Check-Ins: Each session begins with members sharing updates on their sales goals, project and actions, challenges faced, and breakthroughs achieved since the last meeting.
- Goal Setting and Tracking: Participants set clear, actionable sales targets and project activities for the coming fortnight, with the group providing motivation and feedback to ensure follow-through.
- Peer Support and Problem-Solving: Members collaborate to brainstorm solutions, share best practices, and offer encouragement, fostering collective wisdom and accountability.
- Expert Facilitation: Hub mentor Andy Edwards guides discussions, offers strategic insights, and helps keep the group focused and productive.
- Networking and Community: Build lasting relationships with like-minded small business owners committed to accelerating their sales and growing their enterprises.
