THIS SESSION: From Here to There: A Peer Supervision Session for Coaches with Sharon Strickland.

Turn the coaching lens towards yourself - reflect on the coach you’ve become, explore the coach you’re becoming, and discover what might help you get there.

As coaches, we spend a great deal of time creating space for other people to think, reflect and grow. We don't always make the same space for ourselves.

This interactive peer supervision session offers an opportunity to do exactly that, alongside a diverse community of fellow coaches.

We'll explore the journey that has shaped us: what mattered to us in the past, what matters now, how we've changed along the way, and what we want to carry into the next stage of our development.

We'll then turn our attention to the future. What might enable that next shift? What gets in the way? And what could become possible if we approached the challenge differently?

Working with fellow coaches in small peer-supervision groups, we'll use curiosity, reflection and collective insight to examine some of the challenges and developmental edges we're currently navigating.

Expect conversation rather than presentation, inquiry rather than advice, and plenty of opportunity to think about yourself as the instrument of your coaching.

Come ready to be curious, to contribute and, for a couple of hours at least, to give yourself some of the reflective space you so readily give to everyone else.
