To everyone that’s looking for a fun, safe and effective way to exercise this Spring and Summer. I invite you to come and join a class in Pilates, Barre or Tap dance with me at “Step to the Right”. All my classes are beginner friendly and enjoyable and designed to get you moving and feeling great. I run classes in Kingston and Warrane in convenient community locations where everyone is welcome and can feel at ease.
My ‘STEP TO THE RIGHT’ Class Schedule is:
Mat Pilates: 5pm Tuesdays Warrane Mornington Neighbourhood Centre (WMNC)
Mat Pilates: 5pm Thursdays, Rowallan Park KUC. Kingston
Barre/Pilates Fusion: 8:30am Sundays WMNC
Tap Dance: (Beginner/Intermediate): 6:30pm Kingston. (Kingston View Dr)
Term Fees: works out less than $20/class

The rego form has ALL the information you will need to know about the classes, (such as the specifics on prices, locations and more) and can be used to submit your Registration online so you don’t miss out.

I will guide you to find your best form, and I always offer options to modify or advance the exercises so you can work to your OWN level, which means the classes are suitable for everyone - from beginners to experienced,
