CCB a dynamic practice designed to help you release stuck emotions clear limiting beliefs and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Through intentional breathing music and energetic guidance you’ll move beyond the mind and into the body where deep healing and clarity can unfold. Expect to feel lighter more open and deeply connected to yourself by the end of the session.

Each ceremony is held in a safe supportive space where you are free to explore express and expand. Whether in-person on Vancouver Island or online this experience will leave you feeling empowered grounded and transformed.
