Integration for Impact: Nervous System Regulation for Behavioral Health Professionals
This is not another training about what you already know.
This is about how you use your nervous system in the room.
In this experiential workshop, behavioral health professionals will explore how regulation shapes presence, connection, and clinical effectiveness — moment by moment.
Grounded in the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® — Trauma Resource Institute and expanded through years of real-world practice, this training focuses on integration.
Not performance.
Not perfection.
Practice.
Together, we’ll explore:
• How activation impacts both client and clinician
• Why regulation precedes reflection
• How to return to center in real time
• How to share insight without activating yourself or the room
• How nervous systems shape culture — even in clinical spaces
This is subtle work.
And it’s powerful work.
Because when behavioral health professionals are regulated…
everything in the room shifts.
Refreshments and light snacks will be provided by Montana Psychiatry.
