This all-day retreat is all about self-care, and sisterhood. Come spend the day pampering yourself surrounded by other women caretakers.
About this Event

We will start the day with a light breakfast, yoga and then move into guided breathwork and a bit of journaling. There will be time sisterhood, connection and getting to know yourself better through a human design workshop and more. There will also be an opportunity to have chair massages and facials onsite for an additional charge.
