Join us -- Jen Hoffman and Paula Bruckner -- for the next iteration of HER, Grounding HER: a Women's circle to align, connect and root into the energetic and spiritual nourishment of Autumn. The nourishment unfolds Sunday 10/5/25, 1-5 pm in downtown Camp Hill, PA.
🌻 NEW 🌻 this time around, we are offering a longer day spa wellness experience:
✨The first 2 hours we will enjoy the wellness and healing amenities of Camp Hill, PA's only women's only wellness lounge, @thepearlclubonmarket: sauna with salt chamber, heated jade and PEMF crystal therapy mats, vibration plate, red light therapy, grounding, snacks and refreshments. + there is an add on option available to receive private 1:1 energy healing with Jen during this time ($25 for 20 min).
✨The second 2 hour portion will be our women's circle: opening cacao ceremony, connection to healing herbs and plants, a nourishing yoga practice and guided meditation journey connecting you to the medicine of your ancestors and beyond.
Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain the integrity of our time and space together.
