Join Alyssa, a Reiki Master/Teacher and Folk Practitioner on Earth Day for a Grounding and Clearing session. In this session we will be exploring grounding our energetic and physical selves and our connection to Mother Earth through gentle movement and breathing as well as energetic clearing. *Cost of this event is $10, reservation is necessary.
*This event will utilize smoke from herbal and resin mixtures, please keep this in mind if you have allergies.
*This session will include some gentle movement and stretching, please wear comfortable clothing.
*We do have limited chairs for those that cannot lay/sit on the floor, please let us know if you need a chair at reservation.
*Bring a yoga mat and if you prefer your own blanket.
*We do have bolsters, yoga blankets and mats if needed.
