Welcome to Grounded Reset: A free offering for those impacted by Wildfires! Join us at Women Rise Psychological and Wellness Center, P.C. for an evening of grounded healing. This in-person event is designed to provide a safe space for individuals affected by wildfires to come together, attend to their nervous systems, and find grounded recovery. Our team of experienced sound healers and yoga instructors will be facilitating an aromatherapy-infused sound bath and relaxing tea meditation practice to help you find peace in the midst of a challenging time. Take this opportunity to ground yourself, reset, and connect with others who understand what you're going through. We look forward to seeing you there!
