DANCE IMPROVISATION Workshop in the context of "Dancing Souls" guided by the teacher CATERINA CAMPO

Open level, inclusive space where CARE and respect are values that matter to us.

Description:

My aim as a coach would be to guide you through a certain experience where body and mind could connect and intertwine to be able to find coherence between the inside and outside in a way that the inner pleasure and honesty will be discovered to make a certain state of presence come out. A way of approaching movement to reach a certain level of presence in time and space.
From the own listening of the body, sensitive and quite, the inner focus will bring awareness to the body structure.
A dive inside a plurality of experiences out of imagination, senses, feelings will start on your own, then with the others: a place for freedom to open channels of interconnection.
Improvisation as a tool to explore the untouchable.
