Grounded in Sound (sound bath & bass)

Join us for Grounded in Sound — a 3-hour experience blending mindfulness, creativity, music, and community in a space that feels both grounding and energizing.

We’ll open with an hour of mindfulness led by @awakenwithania and @sierraselestial: guided meditation, breathwork, and a sound bath to help you slow down, settle into your body, and open your heart space.

After the sound bath, we’ll lift the energy with two hours of bass music from BLOSSM, Dooley, and Soul.Party (Soul.Method b2b CatParty).

We'll be curating an alcohol-free mocktail menu, local vendors and artists, and live painters creating pieces inspired by the collective energy of the room.

This event is donation-based, and 100% of proceeds will go directly toward purchasing warm winter clothing for individuals and families in need. Come for the vibes, stay for the community, and know that your presence creates real impact.
