Grounded in Gratitude is a reflective equine-assisted workshop designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect before the rush of the holiday season. Through guided exercises with horses by our internationally certified facilitators, you’ll explore gratitude for the year behind you, reflect on lessons learned, and set clear, grounded intentions for the months ahead.
Blending arena activities, journaling, and quiet moments of connection, this experience invites you to find balance, presence, and purpose, reminding you that gratitude isn’t just a feeling, it’s a way of leading yourself forward.
Hosted by internationally certified Equine Assisted Learning facilitators and Emotional Intelligence coaches.
