Grounded Connection: Cacao Ceremony + Breathwork Journey

Join us for a heart-opening evening of cacao, breathwork, and community connection at AWKN Ranch.

This 2-hour experience includes ceremonial-grade Guatemalan cacao, a 45-minute guided breathwork journey, and time for reflection and integration. Through cacao and conscious breath, we create space to regulate the nervous system, reconnect inward, and share meaningful connection with others.

Please note: If you are taking certain SSRIs or have a heart condition, use caution with cacao. Tea can be provided and you are still welcome to participate. Arrive a few minutes early and avoid a large meal beforehand.

All participants are required to complete a brief intake form.

Parul Stanton is a nervous-system-focused facilitator and coach who blends a background in biomedical engineering with

training in breathwork, cacao, cold exposure, therapeutic art, Reiki, and coaching. Her work helps people cultivate greater

safety in the body, deeper self-trust, and more authentic connection in their relationships, families, and communities.
