The Base/Root Chakra Workshop is the foundation of the Freedom Series — a deeply grounding, embodied experience that reconnects you with your body, the Earth, and your instinctual sense of safety and belonging.When your Root chakra is out of balance, life can feel unstable or effortful. You may experience challenges around physical health, money, family dynamics, boundaries, or a persistent sense of unease or survival-mode living. This workshop invites you to gently yet powerfully restore your connection to the ground beneath you — literally and energetically.
Through your dance, you will awaken the primal intelligence of the body. As stagnant energy begins to move, a deeper sense of support, stability, and trust in life can return.
This is a sacred celebration of being alive — of reclaiming your right to take up space, to feel held, and to stand firmly in your own existence.
