We would love to get grounded with you! Join us for a morning of wellness!
What to expect:
🤎Satsang & Intention Bracelet Making: We open the morning together with a grounding welcome chat and time to set personal intentions. We will craft our own personal grounding bracelet to lock in the energy
🤎Practice: Next, a gentle, earth-centered outdoor yoga practice on the Intracoastal Waterway
🤎Sound: Release completely to an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath to integrate the practice
🤎Market: Wrap up the morning hanging out with fresh juices from Blissful Elements while everyone browses the essential oils, jewelry, and conscious living items.
Things to note:
Parking: Please do NOT park in the driveway. There is street parking available on Dunn—please utilize the street to keep the driveway and neighboring driveways clear.
Facilities: For your convenience, a restroom is located outdoors on the patio.
Entry: Practice is strictly outdoors with the market on the outdoor patio. Please do not enter the main residence and come directly to the backyard upon arrival.
Cost: $42 including intention bracelet, yoga practice and sound bath

➡️Pay Later and pay day of class

Arrival: Please bring your own mat, water and props that may support your practice. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up and enjoy the view.
