We welcome our first 5Rhythms dance class of the season.
At the threshold of the New Year, we return to ground zero. We arrive in our bodies and feel the support beneath our feet. Breath deepens. Muscles awaken. The past loosens its grip. From this steady place, we begin again with our basic 5Rhythms practice. We open to what is here now. We offer a spark to what is ready to move, grow, and take its first true step.
All are welcome age 16+.
