A weekly free-style conscious dance event where we enjoy the therapeutic qualities of music, movement, and community as a way to get out of our heads and reconnect with our body, heart and spirit.

No isntruction, drugs, alcohol or pick-up scene, just a safe space for you to re-align with your authentic self.
