Yes, YOU! The community member with intimate knowledge of the things that need to change in your neck of the woods. The nonprofit or small business with strong skills seeking to make those skills stronger and gain an ecosystem-level understanding of the solutions and work that's happening in the region. The agency staff member who wants to make connections to help implement existing programs or ideate new initiatives.

Choose one focus area—People, Place, or Prosperity—then select one of two tracks:
🧠Community Dialogue Track: Dive into a deep, facilitated discussion to map assets, identify gaps, and create solutions together. Insights will be shared during a same-day report-out to catalyze action and offer a deeper understanding of our region's strengths and opportunities.
🛠️ Training Track: Participate in skill-specific training designed to help you lead, build, and implement solutions in your community.
Together, these tracks connect strategy with action—we won't just talk about the change, we'll show you how to be a part of it.
