Ground Up Dance Festival

Join us for multiple Performances, Workshops, Free dance events, and more! Check out our website to look at all of our events for the whole family. You don't have to be a dancer to appreciate and watch. Performances include local dancers and choreographers from Kingston, and Belleville. As well as featured guest Grand Poney company from Montreal showcasing their acrobatic, hip hop fusion show ON/ OFF where dancers explore a giant treadmill and movement. Come and enjoy a picnic on the grass at Lake Ontario Park for our Mainstage performance featured Ghanaian Choreorgrapher from Toronto Kwasi Obeng, as well as a variety of other featured dance pieces.
