Through soothing sound frequencies, guided meditation, and intentional rest, you’ll be supported in releasing tension and creating space for ease as you move into the summer months.

This session is for anyone feeling overstimulated, emotionally heavy, exhausted, or simply in need of a moment to breathe.

Together, we’ll create a soft landing place for the nervous system - a space to reset, restore, and return to yourself.

No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Simply come as you are.
