Ground Cherry and Garlic Festival

Come on out to the Farm and learn about ground cherries and about garlic. Try some new recipes, buy some garlic to plant in your back yard. See what added value products that local vendors have. Enjoy crafts, food, reading to the chickens, local musicians and so much more. We will be having Italian food for the festival using produce from our farm. spaghetti sauce will be from our garden using tomatoes, peppers, garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, onions, mushrooms. The salad will also be totally from our farm as well as the dressing using our jam, BLT also second choice will be using our spice blend. The alfredo sauce will have some yummy spinach as well as spice blend in it and mushroom if you choose them.
We will have crafts for the kids to do, live music all day, Reading to the chickens, puppets put on by the puppet society in Englewood.
