What to Expect

This 2-hour immersion is an invitation to come home to yourself. If you’ve been feeling distracted, overthinking, stressed, anxious, or sleepless, more pushing isn’t the answer. But tuning in and connecting to your breath can be.

Vanessa invites you to experience the power of your breath to release held stress and mental and emotional blocks that keep you stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.

Breathwork and sound are transformative somatic tools that help you tune into your body’s wisdom and gently recalibrate your nervous system - you may leave feeling more connected, clearer, freer, more creative or simply energized.

Vanessa will guide you through a hypnotic meditation and journaling exercise to open the mind, before we dive into a transformative breathwork journey for release, followed by a soothing sound bath to integrate the experience.

The Location

Wild Heart Free Soul will be hosting our workshop. A beautiful vintage rug store in Kastanienallee founded by wonderful Beyza Nur Özler.

We get to practice on the colorful, natural fibre rugs that carry so much rich history and wisdom.
