At Ground and Grow, kids and teens will get to experience the power of connection, confidence, and calm through hands-on time with horses in a fun, supportive environment.
This 2-hour ground-based camp blends traditional summer camp energy with meaningful skill-building. Participants will learn how to read horse behavior, practice safe and respectful handling, and engage in interactive activities designed to build confidence and teamwork.
Along the way, campers naturally develop important life skills such as:
•Building confidence and self-esteem
•Learning emotional regulation and calming strategies
•Practicing teamwork, communication, and leadership
•Learning healthy coping strategies
Horses provide immediate, honest feedback, helping campers become more aware of their own emotions and actions in a way that feels engaging, not overwhelming.
Each session is structured, active, and age-appropriate with plenty of opportunities for movement, connection, and fun.
No horse experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new!
