We’ve been dying to put on an event at Jumbo Thai and absolutely delighted we have finally made it happen – between the food and the wine it’s going to be a sensational explosion of flavour. On the wine front we’re pulling out all the stops – you’ll be enjoying what Mike Bennie describes as ‘the most prestigious fiano in the country’, along with the trifecta of brilliance – the Alea, Springvale and, of course, the Polish Hill Rieslings. And once we are done with the whites, we will be demonstrating why Clare Valley reds are so woefully underrated here in Australia!
