Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an order confirmation email from Fatsoma on behalf of 4AM in Soweto.
IMPORTANT: If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder first. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact 4AM in Soweto for assistance.
For any technical ticketing issues, including problems accessing your ticket or completing your order, please contact Fatsoma Support directly.
Photography & Filming
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place throughout the event. Content captured may be used by 4AM in Soweto and House of Ncube for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law or where the event is cancelled and no suitable rescheduled date is provided.
Entry & Age Policy
This is an 18+ event unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Valid physical photographic ID may be required upon entry. Accepted identification may include a valid passport, UK driving licence or other recognised proof-of-age identification.
Failure to provide valid ID may result in refused entry without a refund.
Admission
Management and venue security reserve the right of admission.
Guests may be refused entry or removed from the venue for behaviour including, but not limited to, intoxication, aggression, harassment, possession of prohibited items or failure to follow venue/security instructions.
Refusal of entry or removal due to breach of these conditions will not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Event Changes
Event timings, DJs, artists, performers, running orders and other event details may be subject to change where reasonably necessary.
A change to the advertised line-up or performance schedule does not automatically constitute cancellation of the event.

4AM in Soweto cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties or unofficial resale platforms.
