Dance, sweat, and have fun in a lively, Latin-inspired workout designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned dancers. This free class for ages 16+ boosts fitness and mood through energetic moves and upbeat music.Classes meet Saturday, Feb. 7, March 7, and April 4, from 9:30–10:30 a.m. at the W.A. Tarrow Pavilion next to the Lincoln Recreation Center.
On inclement weather days, sessions will be held inside the Lincoln Recreation Center. Bring a water bottle.
