Groove & Glow

Groove & Glow is back and this time we're serving up continental breakfast for free. Come out to enjoy some light morning bites before we get grounded ina soundbath let by Nah Nah and head into our flow by the Houston Yoga Hottie, Dari. Afterwards, we'll have some time to settle back into ourselves, mingle with friends (new or the ones you came with), and have some more to eat before we head out. This is the perfect way to start your week so we hope you'll join us.
