GROOV3 with Thuy

GROOV3 is a high-energy, dance-based fitness class designed for everybody. You do not need any professional dance experience! We'll break down the choreography to help you build confidence, find your groove, and have a blast with a nonstop DJ mix playlist!

📍 Where: The Get Down Dance Studio, 198 Jackson St, San Jose, CA 95112

🗓️ When: 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month
