GROF® Breathwork - Expanded States for Healing

This 10-hour workshop provides the opportunity to experience a holotropic state of consciousness. Holotropic means “moving toward wholeness,” and through intensified breathing, evocative music, and a carefully held set and setting, the psyche’s inner healing intelligence is invited to emerge beyond ordinary awareness. Experiences can unfold across biographical, perinatal, and transpersonal realms, with the process held and integrated within a well-supported group setting.

GROF® Breathwork workshops offer two experiences: as a breather and as a sitter, always supported by expert facilitation. This is the model originally developed in the 1970's by Stanislav and Christina Grof.
