Wednesdays at 6:15 PM — GRO Flow with Sound (60 min)

Saturdays at 10:00 AM — GRO Community Class (75 min)

Each class is open to all levels and blends strength, breath, and intentional movement — designed to bring you up and bring you down.

Location: Nora District (outdoor covered patio)

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled
