We are proud to bring you the Southern Oregon GRIT SERIES Warrior Smackdown!!! This is the last opportunity for teams to compete and podium to receive an invitation to the GRIT CHAMPIONSHIP in the SUMMER 2025.
Keeping with the structure of The GRIT Series, the Warrior Smackdown is a two-person team event.
The Warrior Smackdown is open to all level of athletes over the age of 18 for our Advanced, Intermediate, and Novice Division.
All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The Advanced divisions will include all forms of powerlifting, bodyweight movements, and gymnastic style movements at a (RX+) Level. The Intermediate divisions will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Advanced. Novice Divisions will be more focused on pushing athletes with basic movement foundations and weight that usually reflects scaled options in programming. All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.
Podium finishers will receive prizes. T-shirts are included in the registration.
