Join us for a powerful and heart-centered morning on Thursday, December 12th, as we welcome Brooke McFadden, founder of Healing Minds & Hearts and creator of the G.R.I.T. (Growing Resilience Individually & Together) program and workbook.
Brooke helps women and families transform stress into strength through emotional intelligence coaching and practical resilience tools. In this interactive session, she’ll share how to build calm, connection, and confidence using strategies drawn from CBT-based techniques, trauma-informed care, and recovery training. Her approach blends science-backed methods with lived experience—offering not just theory, but real tools you can use right away in your personal life, business, and parenting journey.
As a mom of four and thriving Mompreneur, Brooke knows firsthand the juggling act of entrepreneurship and family life. With warmth, humor, and relatable insight, she’ll guide us through what it really means to grow resilience—together.
This special event will also serve as our monthly Coffee Chit Chat, offering the perfect balance of inspiration and connection. Come ready to learn, share, and refill your cup (literally and figuratively).
