Gates Open at 6pm

Live music, Fire performers and lots of tasty local food stalls to keep you entertained before our breath taking display explodes at 8pm.

It was huge last year but we have gone bigger and louder this year!!!

Access and Parking (including Disabled Parking)

Please access the ground on foot to the Augusta ST entrance and please walk to the event wherever possible. If you do need to come by car, please note that there is no parking at the ground and please park sensibly so as not to obstruct neighbour's driveways and to ensure access for ambulances to the Accident and Emergency Department at the hospital. If you require disabled parking, please contact the Club by emailing [email protected] and we will contact you to make arrangements. Requests should be made by Monday 4th November 2024. Disabled toilets and additional toilets are available to the rear of clubhouse in car park.

Tickets

Please bring your tickets with you on the night - you will be asked to present them on arrival. These can either be stored electronically or printed out. Please note, there will be a limited number of tickets available on the door on the night.

Outdoor Event

The event takes place outside, so please make sure you are dressed appropriately. We advise bringing raincoats, wellies and umbrellas just in case the weather lets us down!

Food and Drink

Only food and drink purchased on site will be allowed.

Sparklers/Fireworks

In the interest of health and safety, please do not bring your own sparklers or fireworks to the event.
