**GRIFTERS & SHILLS with TUCKER HART, LIVE AT THE OLD QUARTER IN GALVESTON, TX**
After a six month absence from live shows while John recovered from shoulder surgery, Grifters & Shills is BACK and they are throwing a PARTY with their good friend TUCKER HART. This one is going to be a celebration, y'all. A room full of family, love, joy, and music!!

**TUCKER HART**
After overcoming years of debilitating neurological and psychological challenges, and a battle with addiction, League City based musician Tucker Hart, transformed hardship into healing through music. In 2020, he began writing songs combining 70s Folk, Western and Americana elements.
He now has the huge blessing of earning a living by playing for assisted living and memory care residents around the Greater Houston Area and Galveston County.
In 2022 he and his wife Rachel established the League City Folk Association and host a monthly, free and family friendly, music event called, Music in the Historic District, held on the beautiful and historic grounds, of League Park in the heart of old League City. Run completely by volunteers and musicians, who donate their time, to help bring community together through the power of music.

Dark Americana. Southern Gothic Harmonies.
They've been described as an amped up Johnny Cash & June Carter, and they've been compared to Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, by way of Houston. Rebecca and John are Grifters & Shills, the classic sound of East Texas piney-woods harmony singers joined with intensity of dark storytelling and the sound of a guitar that rises up from the deep. The band released their tenth album, “Ghost Fleet”, in 2025.
