Grieve, Breathe, Dance -- A Community Healing Event for these times

This is a Community Healing Event for these times. Designed to heal your nervous system, heart, and soul. Proceeds benefit Cunningham Twshp Homeless Shelter and Champaign County Indivisible.

We will start with guided somatic movement first to ground us to earth and release tension and stress in our body.
Sandra Ahten will then lead us in Transformational Breathwork, accompanied by a spiritually centered playlist as well as a live sound bath (by Lisa Heiser) with crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs.
The final hour will be Ecstatic Dance, (free form dancing) with music currated by DJ Jill. Also during the final hour there will be listenting stations where you can privately unburdon or claim blessing with a local therapist or other healer.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket (or two blankets) also a mug for tea-- & any other nonalcohol beverage of your choice.
