Join Yoga Therapist and grief survivor Lynn Wickersham for monthly circles with therapeutic yoga practices to address the challenges and symptoms of grief. Participants will have the opportunity to share what is arising in their grief and experience yogic practices that release energetic and emotional blocks in the body, regulate the nervous system, foster deep breathing, and enhance mental clarity to support the grieving process. Yogic techniques will include posture and gentle movement, somatic inquiry, breath exercises, mantra, mudra, affirmation, and relaxation.
No prior yoga experience is required.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats are available; other props will be provided.
