Haven welcomes back Crystal Dalton for Rituals, Remembrances and Resources. A workshop that invites participants to explore personal ways of honoring their loved ones and navigating grief. Together we will discuss meaningful rituals—lighting a candle, sharing stories, creating simple memorials or alters—and how community can ease the feeling of isolation.
All attendees will receive a white chime candle to dress with lavender and chamomile provided by Haven. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal or something to write in and any comfort item (a blanket, a keepsake, a photograph, etc.) to personalize the experience.
During this workshop we will:
* Talk about practical and symbolic ways to honor a loved one, from daily gestures to seasonal memorials
* Share a curated list of grief‑support resources, including books, podcasts, helpful websites, social media pages, and retreat programs that can support ongoing healing
The workshop emphasizes the power of shared rituals and the strength that comes from gathering with others who understand the journey of loss. All grief is welcome.
