Grief to Gratitude Workshop: This event lasts 1 hour

Join us for a transformative workshop where we will explore ways to navigate the journey from grief to gratitude. This in-person event will take place at the John G. Mlacak Community Centre. Julia will lead a gentle Grief Yoga® flow all done seated in a chair. Carol will read her poetry and explore the importance of feeling your grief emotions.
