Our Grief Support Program provides a compassionate and supportive space for families to find healing and connection during difficult times. Through art and education, we aim to empower participants to navigate the complexities of grief, fostering resilience and self-advocacy.

Program Highlights:

• Healing Together: Empowering families through creative expression and education.
• Emotional Support: A safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions.
• Peer Connections: Build community with others who share similar experiences.

Each session is facilitated by compassionate professionals who guide participants through art-based activities, group discussions, and therapeutic exercises. These sessions are designed to help manage challenging emotions such as sadness, anger, and guilt, while providing practical strategies for emotional well-being and resilience.

What to Expect:

• Engaging in art-based activities to explore and express emotions.
• Group discussions and therapeutic exercises to process grief.
• Opportunities for peer support through shared experiences.
• Guidance on managing emotions and enhancing mental well-being.

By the end of the program, participants will have a deeper understanding of their grief and gain tools to continue healing at their own pace.

Special Holiday Gathering:
In addition to our regular sessions, join us for a special holiday event during the third week of December. This gathering will include:

• Gift Raffles
• Holiday Toys
• A Hot Meal
