In a safe and respectful environment adults gather to better understand and cope with their grief after the loss of a loved one. Participants support one another through empathetic presence and active listening while they process their own personal loss, thoughts and emotions. No one is ever required to speak.
If your heart is broken over the loss someone special, please consider coming to this bereavement support group.
You will give yourself and others present the gift of compassion - simply by showing up.
Facilitated by a Grief Support Coordinator.
