- Grief Support -‘What is your GRIEF story and what do you want to share?’
As a Life Coach I am very privileged to hear all sorts of life stories most with grief & trauma attached. Grief and loss are always a part of our journey always, but the way this load can feel is enough to fell the strongest of people. Often we are pushed by other peoples busyness to shut down our expression of Grief and ‘get on’.
We often feel isolated and alone with nowhere to express how we are feeling. This can have a huge impact on our physical and mental health.

Peoples grief stories deserve to be heard and that’s why I’m offering this two day workshop again.
What all the participants have said from attending the previous workshop/s is how relieved and not so alone they felt being among people who had similar feelings. That on its own is huge.
Here’s what I offer:
• A safe and nurturing space to share in a CONFIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT.
• A small group so that there’s plenty of time for each participant to share.
• Valuable connections to others who may have also walked this path.
• Tools and ideas that may help you.
• Plenty of tissues.
I have put much time & study into understanding how we might come to some answers or relief in our GRIEF….I do not think there is any one expert in this field as Grief is such an individual journey however I do know I wanted to create a safe & nurturing place and space for people to come and share and/or listen with other people who are experiencing Grief.
If you have a ‘big Grief’ in your life and you’d like to come into this confidential, nurturing space where you will be heard and validated for all that you are feeling then please PM me for more info.
This workshop is split into two days. X 2 Sunday afternoons.
Commitment to both days is essential as each day leads into the next.
Money exchange is $90 per person. This covers both days. Commitment to both days is essential as each day runs into the next.

Group numbers are small (6 people) for maximum learning and sharing.
