Grief is not something to “get over.”

It’s something to be held, witnessed, and gently moved through.

This support circle is a safe, compassionate space for anyone navigating grief—whether it’s recent or from years ago. Loss can take many forms: the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in identity, or life transitions that have left you feeling untethered.

You don’t have to carry it alone.

In this intimate gathering, you’ll be supported through:

• Gentle sharing (always optional)

• Grounding practices to calm the nervous system

• Intuitive guidance to help you process what’s present

• The healing energy of the space to support release and integration

• Connection with others who understand—so you feel less alone

This is a space where your grief is welcome—exactly as it is.
