Grief Recovery Workshop

Workshop meets 8 times for 2 hours each, beginning Monday March 24 and each Monday through May 12, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in Charles Village, across from Baltimore Museum of Art and Johns Hopkins University. This workshop is limited to 12 participants. Whether loss is from death, divorce, the loss of a relationship, loss of career, loss of trust, loss of faith, loss of safety, or loss of health, the Grief Recovery Method explores the myths of grief and then works through healthy ways to handle grief, to process grief, and to have a better relationship with grief and its role in life. Grief Recovery Method is an action program for moving beyond death, divorce and other losses. Based on the book, Grief Recovery Handbook, written by John James and Russell Friedman more than 30 years ago.
