Grief Objects

We often long for the “light at the end of the tunnel” amid our navigation of grief.
This session aims to acknowledge the subjective experiences of individuals touched by the rawness of grief and loss, extending beyond physical death. The art therapy-informed experiential also aims to integrate the creative processes to support expression and exploration of both the subjective experiences of loss and the universal concept of grief.

This session invites participants to reconstruct such perspective, proposing moments of understanding loss—letting us be with that light longer, feeling the textures of that tunnel, dancing with the shadows on the walls—

letting go only when we are ready,

when we want to.
