The holidays are supposed to be the happiest time of the year. But when you're missing someone you love, they can also be the hardest.

Join FIND x MADabolic for a different kind of grief meetup. We're bringing together people who have experienced loss to connect over shared experiences, release some of the emotions they've been carrying, and move their bodies through an empowering workout.

All fitness levels are welcome. Sharing your story is always optional. This is a community connection and movement event, not a therapy session or substitute for professional grief support.
