About this Event

Grief Literacy: What We Were Never Taught About Healing

Grief is something we all experience, but few of us are ever taught how to understand it, navigate it, or support others through it.

Join Terri Colbert, LMSW for Grief Literacy: What We Were Never Taught About Healing, a FREE workshop designed to create a safe and supportive space for learning about grief, healing, and healthy ways to move forward.

Drawing from lived experience, professional insight, and compassionate wisdom, Terri will help participants better understand how grief shows up in our lives and provide practical tools for navigating the healing process.

In This Workshop, You Will:
  • Understand grief and how it can impact our lives
  • Recognize common grief responses
  • Learn healthy coping strategies
  • Discover meaningful ways to support others who are grieving

Whether you are navigating grief yourself, supporting someone you love, or simply want to become more grief-informed, this workshop will provide valuable insight and practical tools you can carry with you beyond the session.
