The purpose of this program is to create a safe and supportive space to explore the unique challenges of grief and loss. This is not a “how-to” guide, but rather a gentle container for reflection, expansion, and transformation. Together, we will discover how both personal inner work and the healing balm of community can help us move through grief—not only as a response to loss, but as a pathway into deeper living in all areas of life. Loss is not just the death of a loved one. It can be the loss of a job, a relationship, a home. Anything that happens in our lives that would cause us to feel grief.✨ “You are an eternal being now on the pathway of endless unfoldment, never less but always more yourself. Life is not static. 💫 What to Expect Each Session
A Safe Space: Beginning with meditation and grounding practices to open the circle for listening and sharing.
Essentials: Engage with guidance, discussion, and experiential activities around the week’s theme.
Reflections: Explore personal prompts and activities to deepen your understanding and healing.
Experience: Receive a practical tool or practice to carry with you into the week.
Each week, you’ll also receive an affirmation, prayer, or passage for individual reflection. Bringing a journal or notebook is encouraged for personal insights along the way.
🌸 This is not a journey with a final destination—it is an unfolding process that helps us reconnect with who we truly are. Together, we’ll honor the truth that healing is possible, connection is powerful, and we are never alone.
This is a 12 week commitment. $25 per week. Registration in required for the first week.
